UX Y’all 2018 is the inaugural conference put on by the Triangle UXPA, which is the local chapter of the User Experience Professionals Association. With over 375 paid members, officers and board members from top local companies, and near-monthly events, Triangle UXPA offers unparalleled access to the local UX community.
Sponsorship not only places your name in front of an audience of user experience professionals, designers, and developers, but also demonstrates your involvement in the community. It shows your employees, customers, and clients your commitment to quality user experiences with your products and services.

Keep everyone’s energy up by providing the only full meal of the conference. We’ll thank you by promoting your logo on signage and thank you widely.
Provide the most important meal of the day and caffeine to the masses, get your logo on signage and a big ol’ thank you from us.
Make sure attention stays high by providing snacks throughout the day. You’ll get signage posted and we’ll send you lots of love from social channels.
Select the name and password to the wifi that every conference attendee, speaker, and volunteer will use throughout the event to check emails, post pictures, and otherwise keep up with the world and talk about #uxyall.
Have your company logo/saying/whatever you please on the lanyard worn by every speaker, attendee, and volunteer at the conference
We accept donations of software, online tools, books, T-shirts, and other items to serve as giveaways during the conference. Companies that donate items to the conference will get their logo on our website and a special thank you during the event.
If you have an idea for a different type of sponsorship, please let us know. We are definitely open to suggestions and proposals. Please also note that we do not offer speaking slots as part of any sponsorship package. Speakers from sponsoring companies must go through the same selection process as everybody else.
